Personal training in your home, gym, park, or other location of choice with a Physical Therapist or Personal Trainer. These services are not covered or reimbursable by insurance.

This is appropriate:

1) if you have been recently discharged from home health or outpatient therapy and have been told insurance will no longer cover your visits, but you want to continue with your progress, or to maintain your new mobility.

2) if you want to improve your overall fitness to return to doing the things you love.

3) to supplement your current therapy with exercise/fitness training, coaching and motivation to complete your home exercise plan and/or or to improve overall strength and endurance.
